KIDS HOLIDAY CAMP

Stable Hearts hold two day exclusive pony camps, usually during the school holidays. Pony camp is generally for beginner to intermediate riders between the ages eight and fourteen years old. It is run by Stable Hearts facilitators, carefully selected Pony Camp Team Leaders and adult volunteers. During the day activities include educational activities such as grooming, feeding and fun games. Evenings include educational videos around horse/pony care and end with a horse/pony movie. 

We aim to provide a well rounded, fun packed, educational experience in a safe environment. The overall objective of our pony camp is:-

  • To encourage young people to ride and learn to enjoy all kinds of sport connected with horses.
  • To give instruction in riding and horsemastership and the proper care of animals
  • To promote the highest standards of sportsmanship, citizenship and loyalty; to develop strength of character and self discipline.

COST

Includes one hour riding lesson; safety helmets provided.
