h.e.l.p (Horse enhanced learning programme) 

Stable Hearts run a H.E.L.P programme as part of a Community Partnership Programme which provides pathways for individuals and groups unable to fund themselves. The generosity of our local Hawke's Bay community ensures our programmes are available for clients with limited financial resources.   Presently, our focus is on the recovery of children with trauma related challenges.  Acceptance into a subsidised programme is agreed to at the discretion of Stable Hearts Management and Sponsors.

• Indirect Referral: e.g. Hawke's Bay DHB (Hospital), DOVE, the Cancer Society and other community organisations.
• Direct Referral: e.g. private practice counsellors, social workers, life coaches, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists

* We only ask that community agency support staff and/or emotional health professionals explore a referred clients community entitlements including ACC prior to a referral.
